Lakeline Ranch is a master-planned community in Leander, Texas situated at the entrance to the hill country and a short commute from downtown Austin and Lake Travis. A community pool, recreational trails, and acclaimed Leander schools are all  within walking distance of the Lakeline Ranch subdivision. Convenient access to the area's best shopping and employment facilities at the new 1890 Ranch and downtown Cedar Park and Leander including Lakeline Mall with its 150 specialty stores and movie theatre are just a short drive away. The homes range from around 1300 square feet with three bedrooms to almost 4000 square feet with six bedrooms.  Many of the homes in Lakeline Ranch offer many nice features and upgrades, including some “green” features. Leander offers an excellent school system, affordable living and the close proximity to Austin.  It has great nature features, including lakes, rolling hills and wildlife.  The Austin Capital Metro commuter rail connects Leander to central Austin.  Leander also has a golf course, a state-of-the-art library and several parks and activities.  Parks contain sports fields, a pavilion, hike and bike trails, a BMX track, a skate park, disc golf, a play scape, picnic tables, a swimming pool and an amphitheater.

Who are the builders? 

Quality home builders line the streets of Lakeline Ranch like Kimball Hill, Bowen Family Homes and Ryland homes. There is a very nice flow to the street design as well which offers wide streets and sidewalks and “around abouts” to yield traffic. You will also notice the many cal-de-sacs that promote a more neighborly environment located on most of the streets. 

When were the homes built?  

All homes were built from about 2003 to a completion of the last phase ending in 2009.The homes range from around 1300 square feet with three bedrooms to almost 4000 square feet with six bedrooms.  All homes in the Lakeline Ranch community are at least 3 side masonry offering a brick or stone/brick combination exterior.  

What kind of upgrades and special features can I expect?  

Most homes were designed to offer many nice features and upgrades, such as open floor plans with high ceilings, recessed lighting in the kitchen, rounded corners, separate shower and garden tub, large closets, fireplaces, granite counters, black or stainless appliances, tile in the wet areas, walk in utility rooms, and med- large back yards. 

What are the price points?   

Price points range from about the 150’s to the 250k range. Leander offers affordable ‘in style” with a close proximity to the Austin area.  Doesn’t get much better than this!

When is trash pick up?  

Currently trash pick-up is on Wednesdays. Recycling binds are provided as well.

Where do I get my mail? 

Mail boxes are in muti-unit clutters located in two areas of the community. They are covered for your sun and rain protection.
