Who are the builders? Quality home builders line the streets of Lakeline Ranch like Kimball Hill, Bowen Family Homes and Ryland homes. There is a very nice flow to the street design as well which offers wide streets and sidewalks and “around abouts” to yield traffic. You will also notice the many cal-de-sacs that promote a more neighborly environment located on most of the streets. When were the homes built? All homes were built from about 2003 to a completion of the last phase ending in 2009.The homes range from around 1300 square feet with three bedrooms to almost 4000 square feet with six bedrooms. All homes in the Lakeline Ranch community are at least 3 side masonry offering a brick or stone/brick combination exterior. What kind of upgrades and special features can I expect? Most homes were designed to offer many nice features and upgrades, such as open floor plans with high ceilings, recessed lighting in the kitchen, rounded corners, separate shower and garden tub, large closets, fireplaces, granite counters, black or stainless appliances, tile in the wet areas, walk in utility rooms, and med- large back yards.
